Alana Inness

Consultant

CM, DMS, MBA

Alana's completion of an MBA developed her emphasis on the strategic analysis of her clients' businesses and her advocacy of interdisciplinary working, which she believes is invaluable in improving business performance. She has a wealth of experience running highly successful employee engagement, assessment and development projects and also in providing feedback at both individual and group levels. Alana is driven by seeing the huge impact such interventions can bring to the business.

Alana's passion for looking for new ways to improve extends to her life outside of work. She loves to read through cookery books, extracting elements of a recipe and shaping them to deliver her own creation - and then sharing this with friends.
