As a Senior Consultant, Daniel's role is to manage and deliver behavioural change in organisations through the application of precision business psychology. He has a passion for changing people's lives by providing opportunities to progress their career and develop their behaviours and talents. He is a firm believer in people playing to their strengths and using these more effectively more of the time.
Daniel is adept in the design and development of best practice assessment and development centres. The primary focus for him is that the results of such activities meet the needs of both the individual and the organisation and deliver a demonstrable improvement for both, forming an integral part of the change agenda.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys trying out activities that his son enjoys such as mountain biking and snow-boarding: he also supports West Bromwich Albion.
