Daniel Edwards

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, Daniel's role is to manage and deliver behavioural change in organisations through the application of precision business psychology. He has a passion for changing people's lives by providing opportunities to progress their career and develop their behaviours and talents. He is a firm believer in people playing to their strengths and using these more effectively more of the time.

Daniel is adept in the design and development of best practice assessment and development centres. The primary focus for him is that the results of such activities meet the needs of both the individual and the organisation and deliver a demonstrable improvement for both, forming an integral part of the change agenda.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys trying out activities that his son enjoys such as mountain biking and snow-boarding: he also supports West Bromwich Albion.

Project experience


Some of the most significant projects that Daniel has undertaken have focused on:

  • Design of a bespoke multi level Sales Leader Academy aligned to the future business strategy of O2. This academy utilises an experiential approach to development, requires individuals to manage their own development, and demonstrate agreed business performance and behavioural metrics in order to progress through the Academy.
  • Design and delivery of a bespoke dynamic development centre process aligned to a high performance behavioural profile for Project Managers at Costain
  • Extracting the key themes from the employee engagement survey used by Royal Caribbean Cruise Liners
  • Supporting Kleinwort Benson Private Bank to assess their talent pool for senior organisational roles that will in turn drive change forward


Previous experience

Daniel has a wealth of experience as a Senior Consultant at The Quo Group Ltd, a niche consultancy specialising in solutions for people and change, particularly in relation to talent identification, development and retention. He has 10 years experience working with both public and private sector clients in the UK, Europe, India and the Middle East including amongst others: The Highways Agency, CPA, Allied Irish Bank, Wesleyan Assurance, Nortel Networks, Scottish Media Group, Shell SUKOP, BAA McArturGlen, UK Sports Council, Environment Agency, Molins, Birmingham Midshires, Abu Dhabi National Bank, Michael Page International, Cancer Research UK, Air Accident Investigation Branch, RBS, National Australia Bank, Boehringer Ingelheim, and HSA.

  • BA Applied Psychology and MSc Occupational Psychology awarded by the University of Wales College Cardiff
  • Chartered Occupational Psychologist
  • British Psychological Society Levels A and B accreditation
