With over fifteen years' coaching experience, Helen develops and builds upon her clients' natural preferences to enhance their performance. She uses psychometric tools, leadership competency frameworks, 360 feedback and formal assessment from work-shadowing or structured discussions to support her work. Her coaching has given leaders a broad repertoire of management styles and strategies and her focus is on building individual excellence aligned with business objectives.

Helen is an empathic listener which she believes is a core ingredient to help guide coachees in their understanding of the challenges and choices they face. She is known for her ability to develop rapport and trust quickly and she communicates clearly and objectively.
