Katherine Reid

Consultant

BSc, MSc

Katherine is a Consultant with Crelos designing and delivering the people elements of major change programmes.

Katherine's motivation for her role comes from seeing the impact of the interventions she has designed. Working with an organisation from the first analysis of what their issues are through the design of a targeted solution to the delivery of interventions is extremely fulfilling. There's nothing more satisfying for Katherine than seeing other people motivated and engaged in their own development or having that 'a-ha' moment when a new level of insight is gained.

Within Crelos project teams work together to support all client work. Everyone in the team is focused on creating innovative solutions that are practical and actually work for the client. This is achieved by ensuring that people work to their strengths and skills sets. Katherine believes that this creates the stimulating work environment at Crelos. Everyone is encouraged to reflect, consider and shape ideas throughout the project.

Away from work, student working holidays in Australia and Canada fuelled a passion for seeing new places and Katherine enjoys being an explorer. Not being much of an artist, Katherine channels her creative urges into DIY and gardening.
