Lizzie is an executive coach and facilitator. She thrives on supporting senior managers to make the positive changes that are needed to ensure that they reach their full potential and achieve tangible results for themselves, their team and their organisation.

Lizzie brings 20 years experience in several FTSE 250 companies in senior marketing and HR leadership roles. Her approach is therefore grounded in the commercial world - she understands the challenges of working in global cross cultural organisations, of developing people and delivering against a business plan.

Lizzie has worked with managers across a broad range of areas including building effective relationships with key stakeholders, developing leadership style, and managing career/role transition. She has experienced a variety of industries, including luxury goods, retail, transport, marketing communications and the charity sector.

Lizzie is a faculty member of the Association of Executive Coaching.

Clients have reported her style as professional, warm and supportive combined with appropriate challenge and tenacity. Their experience is that this creates a strong and trusting relationship that achieves results.
