We are currently recruiting for a Project Lead to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will be to resource all our client projects, and to personally manage the delivery of your own portfolio of client projects, controlling cost, timeframes and scope. These projects will span across both Crelos, and our sister company, Getfeedback. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales people and consultants to ensure the client's needs are captured correctly and projects are delivered to our high standards. The types of projects range from setting up an engagement survey in multiple languages, to running assessment centres, to managing a leadership development academy. The role will be largely office based but will be required to go to client meetings from time to time.
