Senior Consultant
Crelos is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join our team.
We consult in organisational development and change working in partnership with clients to understand their strategic business agendas and develop solutions that achieve improved business performance.
We use the best proven and scientific research regarding how and why people react and behave as they do to design bespoke solutions that effect change. Our approach utilises consultancy, facilitation, executive coaching and professional development to support executive leaders and their teams to solve their most complex and challenging business issues.
What we’re looking for:
- We are looking for a consultant who is looking for a challenging role with the responsibility for your own portfolio of clients, with the back-up of proven methodology. To be successful you will need to be the sort of person who enjoys accountability for your own success and thrives on developing networks and identifying opportunities.
- Our approach is primarily focussed on solving complex business problems using a behavioural approach so you will need to be psychologically minded and preferably psychologically qualified. If you are a commercially minded, chartered psychologist with change management experience that will be an asset. Alternatively, if you are a commercial, experienced change management consultant with a desire to learn more about the psychological aspects of change then we are interested to talk with you.
- Most importantly you will have an entrepreneurial approach and the desire to contribute to a growing business consultancy. You will need to be independent minded, excited by the opportunity to develop your own pipeline of business and to be part of a team focussed on delivering high quality interventions that focus on delivery transformational change.
You will work alongside our pioneering CEO Alison Gill, a strong project management team and a strong network of associates who are known for their intellectually challenging work and influence on major societal issues such as Annexe IV - The Walker Report 2010 changing the behaviours in boardrooms across the country by its incorporation in to the combined code of corporate governance.
