The role of a Board is clear and specific, but how the work gets done can vary enormously.
This workshop examines the behaviours and power dynamics at play in boards of multinational companies. Alison Gill will share insights into what can go right and wrong in FTSE100 boardrooms and shares her observations on best practice principles and where and why they do and don't work. The session will look at conscious and unconscious behaviours, the role of the Chair and the non-executive directors as well as emerging themes in boardroom behaviour.
