We have pioneered a consulting methodology based on coaching as a system for organisational change.
The ultimate goal of executive coaching is to benefit the organisation. When multiple coaches work independently across an organisation a number pertain not to the individual but to the organisations need to change. Typically these are not captured or used in a systemic way. Armed with this observation of missed opportunity we developed our consulting approach.
Our approach is dynamic and delivers sustainable change. We have found it to be particularly so in situations that require rapid transition such as a business sale; business turnaround; M&A and restructure.
