Jennifer is a highly experienced coach and consultant who works at senior levels with executives and high potential individuals in blue chip organisations. Her purpose in her coaching is to help clients to flourish and realise their full potential. She enables clients to improve their own and their teams' effectiveness, to generate solutions to their challenges - creating a positive impact on their performance in the business. Jennifer combines constructive challenge with a calm, thoughtful, and highly supportive presence, and she has particular strengths in enabling clients to:

  • see the bigger strategic picture and look at their organisations and their roles holistically
  • clarify their role, purpose and goals, particularly in a new or a transitional role
  • build their working relationships, improve influencing skills, and engage with organisation politics with integrity
  • make choices in personal response and behaviour, and manage the impact they have on others
  • identify career options and personal development needs.
