Meryl Bushell



Meryl is an experienced leader and executive coach who has held a range of senior executive and non-executive roles in the corporate world. She has hands-on experience of leading successful major change programmes, the largest of which entailed a company -wide culture change programme involving over 150,000 people. She has managed teams ranging in size from 9 people to 13,000 people.

In all her executive roles Meryl has always made the development of individuals and teams one of her highest priorities. She is recognised for valuing the “how” as well as the “what” of achievement.

She first trained as a coach in the late 1990s with Senn Deleney and refreshed this training in 2009 by undertaking the Tavistock Institute “Coaching for Leadership Development” programme. She has undertaken a wide range of coaching assignments with individuals and teams across industry sectors.

Meryl is currently undertaking a part time MSc in Organizational Behaviour at Birkbeck College, University of London.
